What is your favorite thing to do for a workout? Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Kickboxing, Cardio, Weights, Plyometrics, playing a sport? Or as my brother says 'The Old Man Work-Out’... as he heads into the sauna.

There are a ton of different modalities to get your body moving. When your body starts moving everything follows:

·      things start circulating,

·      you start draining the lymphatic system,

·      you increase feel good hormones in your brain,

·      you boost your immune system,

·      you get better night sleep,

·      you focus more and have more energy during the day,

·      ... and much more.

Remember: one type of exercise may appeal to one person, but might be totally off for another. Whatever you ENJOY, do more of that!!

Each type of exercise can bring a variety of benefits.

·      Flexibility is definitely a key ingredient for longevity with grace.

·      Weight bearing exercises are great for bone density and protect against arthritis and osteoporosis.

·      Cardio is wonderful for cardiovascular health and detoxification.

You might be thinking how can I fit all these things into my routine?! I barely have enough time as it is....

We wrote this blog to tell you it's ok if you can't do all of the above!! More importantly, there are times and stages in everyone’s lives that something will serve when it's necessary. You can get cardio in while practicing yoga or weight training. Learning how to get creative with your workouts and time is important as well. We are here to help!

If you’re planning on joining our 3-month program, we will be providing weekly workouts to help you get organized and on a schedule. If you only have 10 minutes a day, doing the ten-minute total body reset will be better than doing nothing at all!! Eating a clean diet will help maintain the proper body weight you were meant to be and exercise will go straight to benefiting your body and making you feel your best.

What is your weekly workout schedule? What supplements and/or food do you eat pre and post work out? Comment below!
