You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was received in the last 7 days
The product is in its original packaging unopened
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Moksa Life.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
